Get Plenty of Sunlight
Sun is the main source of Vitamin D. And Vitamin D helps your body and brain release chemicals that change your mode, like serotonin (which is the hormone of happiness :)
Offer Support
There's a rule that is called "H&H: Help & Happiness". Helping other people and supporting them always gives us a physical reason of how good we can be and feeling that you matter in other people's lives is a straight way to happiness.
Do things you enjoy
In a world open for anything and anyone, you may get stuck in depression just because you think you aren't enough but this is totally wrong. Anything that you feel you enjoy doin isn't a waste of time. Instead, it's your own way to feel good! Even if you love math, solving math questions and riddles in your free time doesn't make you a "nerd", it just makes YOU
Ask for Help
As helping people makes you feel happy, also, getting help from others relieve stress. If you feel you're overwhelmed or you need help with something, don't hesitate to speak up. You don't have to ask help from all people around, you can just ask your very close circle of people even if it contains only 1 person :)
Stop Making Friends With Those People
Sometimes you just can feel so bad and it all can be because that you chose the wrong people to enter your life. Those are some types of traits that are probably toxic - Avoid THEM!

Making mistakes is totally normal - human nature, but not apologizing is even worse than the misatke.

Toxic people always want to get what they need from you no matter the way.If you have a person like this in your life, make sure to avoid him/her.

Judgmental
Being around judgmental people can probably lead you depression and having a low self-esteem and self-confidence as well.

Never Show up for you
People who aren't for you, although you're there for them, don't love you. And being around people who don't love you will, for sure, affect your mental health negatively.

Narcissistic
Narcissism means that this person doesn't see anyone except himself/herself. A narcissistic person mostly see himself/herself as if he/she is the center of the universe.

No Empathy
People with no empathy almost don't have feelings and emotions. Can you imagine a living human without a functioning heart? Probably NO. Do you know? even aliens have feelings!
